This customer approached Scott and the team as their bay window was leaking into the lounge of their Hampshire home. Upon inspection, the team quickly diagnosed that the existing bay window roof was rotten, as well as the facias and decking.
We decided that the best fix to this would be to reconstruct the bay window with uPVC fascias and OSB decking.
After this was completed, the team began work on the flat roof. This was rebuilt, insulated and installed with a 3-layer Soprema torch on system.
