We completed a range of restoration works to various elevations of the churches roof which included timber works and tile repairs. We replaced a lead gulley and reinstated some of the tiling.

The roof above the vestry had some damaged timbers which we were able to replace. We then carried out timber and tile repairs to the lychgate roof.

It was a pleasure to work on this historical building and help the church to maintain it properly for the future. They were as thrilled with the results as we were. We hope to continue to support them with their restoration projects in the future alongside other local ecclesiastical buildings.

This high-end property developer who works on both residential and commercial projects throughout the area instructed us to lay a new tiled roof on a large residential property that they were renovating.

We supplied and fixed warm roof insulation and laid plain clay tiles. Ridge tiles were fixed on traditional cement mortar. We installed Velux windows and completed Lead work to the box valley details and abutments. Finally, we
completed works to all flat roof areas.

This was a fantastic project to be involved in and one which we thoroughly enjoyed working on.

We were contacted by a local family who were hoping to purchase a new home, however, it was going to need a new roof. We attended and surveyed the property to provide an estimate of the cost of the works needed.

Once the sale was complete we firmed up our quotation to ensure that it met all of our customers requirements. We installed a complete new tiled roof along with upgraded insulation using TLX Gold and replaced the Velux windows.

We were asked to undertake work on two new build properties in Southbourne. This was for a local Bournemouth based construction company who specialise in building homes in the high-end property market.

We installed cement fibre plain slate tiles and concrete hip and ridge tiles. This was finished with a continuous dry verge system. We completed all lead works too.

At the front porches and rear single storey elevations we installed flat roofs using Alwitra Waterproofing.

These works completed the two very attractive modern homes which now await their new owners. We hope that they are as pleased with the final results as we were!

The property owners instructed us to completely rebuild their rear kitchen extension flat roof that wasn’t in a very good state. It was rotten in places and there were several timber joists that needed replacing.

We installed a new plywood deck that was then covered with a Tuff Stuff GRP system with two additional Velux flat roof windows.
