In our latest case study, we will discuss a recent project where we installed a new tiled roof. Scott Miles Roofing were contacted by a high-end property developer who works on both residential and commercial projects throughout the area. They instructed us to lay a new tiled roof on a large residential property that they were renovating. It was a fantastic project to be involved in and one which we thoroughly enjoyed working on.
Firstly, we supplied and fixed warm roof insulation and laid plain clay tiles. We also fixed ridge tiles on traditional cement mortar. Furthermore, we also installed Velux windows and completed lead work to the box valley details and abutments. Finally, we completed work on all flat roof areas to complete a successful and comprehensive job.
