Welcome to another one of our case studies! For this project, the property owners tasked us with completely rebuilding their rear kitchen extension flat roof, which wasn’t in a very good state. It had rotten areas, and there were several timber joists that required replacement.
To fix the problem, we started by stripping down the existing roof and replacing the damaged joists. We then installed a new plywood deck, which was then covered with a Tuff Stuff GRP system. This was done to ensure the roof was completely waterproof, and we used a Tuff Stuff GRP system as they are known for their durability and longevity.
In addition to fixing the roof’s structural issues, we installed two high-quality Velux flat roof windows, which helped to improve the natural light in the kitchen. The windows were carefully positioned to allow maximum light while maintaining privacy.
Overall, our team worked hard to ensure that the new roof was not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. We used high-quality materials to ensure that the roof would last for many years to come.
